Low Vision support
We are on hand to provide you with low vision advice, including answering any questions and queries you may have about magnification/magnifiers, lighting, daily living aids, techniques to maximise your remaining vision. We can also provide you with practical hints and tips to help you on a daily basis.

Talk & Support
Subject to demand, this service is available for those people who may feel especially anxious and lonely at this time and would like to arrange to have a regular chat with one of the team. Call your local area Outreach Worker to find out more.

Daily Living Aids
You are still able to purchase a varied range of daily living aids, if you would like a Product Guide or to order any equipment please call Beau. There may be some delay with receiving your order due to our in-house quarantine procedures. (This service is also dependent on our current suppliers being able to fulfill customer orders).

Accessible Technology advice

To help keep you in touch with friends, family and the wider community, we can provide telephone support to answer any queries and questions you may have regarding your accessible technology devices (smartphones, iPads and tablets, Alexa, Amazon Echo, laptops etc. Please contact Tara.
