£263 Raised to Make a Positive Difference

Dedicated volunteers of East Grinstead took to the local street to raise awareness and vital funds for 4Sight Vision Support. On Saturday 17th August, East Grinstead residents were greeted by friendly and active supporters of West Sussex charity,
4Sight Vision Support, a charity that supports people living with sight loss across West Sussex.

An amazing £263.34 was raised thanks to the community of East Grinstead which will help ensure that a diagnosis of sight loss is not a one way road to loss of independence and isolation.

We currently have over 40 members living in the East Grinstead area that are supported by our services, along with the support their families / carers can receive too. This street collection was a great opportunity to raise awareness of the services
and support people can receive – whether they are living with sight loss now, or ever receive a sight loss diagnosis.

Every 2nd Monday of the month, 11am-3:30pm, we hold a social club for people living with sight loss in the local community at the Swan Mead Activity Centre, Queens Road. We look forward to welcoming you along to be part of this friendly and social club.
