Plan Your Christmas With 4Sight Vision Support
Christmas is around the corner, and West Sussex charity 4Sight Vision Support (4SVS) is asking for local support for its fundraising activities and events for the festive season. All funds go towards helping 4SVS support those living with sight loss, and their family and carers, across the county.
The highlight in the run-up to Christmas is the annual Christmas Concert with Seaford College Chapel Choir. This lovely event is not to be missed, it will be held on Monday 7th December at 6.30pm at St Mary de Haura Church, Shoreham, BN43 5DQ. Tickets are £8 per person, available on the door and payable by cash or card, and include festive refreshments.
One of 4Sight Vision Support’s clients, Philip, is a regular fundraiser! He’s holding a Quiz Night on 12th December at West Meads Community Centre, The Precinct, Bognor Regis, PO21 5SB. Teams can be up to a maximum of six people, the cost is £5 per person and you can bring your own drinks and snacks.
4SVS have a range of Christmas cards for sale, with six designs including a festive choir, dogs, robins and donkeys: the designs can be found on the website. Cards are sold in packs of 10, with a large print message inside reading “Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year”. Order deadline for postage is 11th December, cards can also be collected from the Bognor Regis or Shoreham offices, and purchased in Cards for Good Causes in North Street, Chichester. Cards cost £4.50 a pack with postage from £2.50.
Finally, the Christmas Prize Draw offers a first prize of £250 cash, and a second prize of a £50 Tesco voucher – just in time for Christmas! Each ticket costs £1, and the draw will take place at midday on 16th December.
