Share experiences with others in similar situations and find out about services available to you.

Joining with RNIB these free, informal, community-based courses and phone groups provide information, advice, support and practical solutions for people with sight loss and those close to them.

Groups to help you adjust to your sight condition, increase your independence and boost your confidence.

 

Join us on Friday 24th & 31st of May, 10am-3pm.

What to expect

Living with Sight Loss courses are for adults of all ages, including friends, family members or anyone close to you. Each course includes information and advice on a range of topics including:

  • Understanding welfare rights
  • Staying independent
  • Tips and gadgets for everyday living
  • Using assistive technology – including tablets and phones
  • Eye health
  • Wellbeing
  • Leisure, hobbies and interests
  • Signposting to other organisations and services
