Notice of our 2024 Annual General Meeting
Our 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at The Shoreham Centre, 2 Pond Road Shoreham, BN43 5WU (The QEII Room, 1st Floor) on Friday 8th November 2024 at 11.00am. Followed by a buffet lunch and refreshments.
Our AGM will be hosted by our Chairman, Dr Norman Boyland DL, and he will be accompanied in the formal business of the AGM by the Honorary Officers of the Charity and the CEO, all of whom will be active participants in the meeting.
Please note that the AGM is open to all 4Sight Vision Support clients, with or without voting rights, their families, carers and friends. However, please note that only Members with voting rights can participate in certain proceedings.
If you are unsure about your membership status or if you would like to be considered as a voting member please contact us.
Members and volunteers who wish to attend the meeting will be most welcome to do so. Please let us know if you will stay to join us for lunch afterwards.
Proxy Voting:
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may appoint the Chairman, Dr Norman Boyland to vote on your behalf, by requesting and returning a ‘Proxy Voting Form’ indicating your voting intentions for agenda items 3, 8 and 9. All those eligible should have received this information with the Eye Health Week special edition newsletter (out in September 2024), if you are unsure please do contact us.
