Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney FREE Information

Nobody likes to think about it, but it is essential to make plans for the assets you leave when you die, to ensure your money and belongings go to the people, places and charities that you care about.

A Will is particularly important if you have dependent children and for recording your wishes with regards to any pets and your funeral plans. It should ensure that the burden is lessened for your family or friends.

Lasting Powers of Attorney are important in case you lose capacity to make decisions for yourself.

In September (date and location subject to interest) we will be hosting FREE information workshops, where an expert lawyer from Kreston Reeves will be giving our clients, supporters and their friends/family the chance to talk and ask questions about different types of Wills, Inheritance
Tax, Trusts in Wills, Codicils and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Later in September we will be running a Make a Will Scheme, where you can have your Will or Lasting Powers of Attorney written (or Wills only, amended).
