Sensory Impairment Needs Assessment Surveys

West Sussex County Council are carrying out these current surveys to find out what residents with sight or hearing impairments think about the services they receive, and additionally the impact of COVID-19 and access to services during this time.

This is a way of assessing the current and future health, care and wellbeing needs of the local community to inform local decision-making. Having a fuller understanding of local needs and issues depends on listening to the views and experiences of residents who are living with visual and/or hearing reduction or loss.

Please use the links below for the relevant survey for visually impaired people:

Please fill in the relevant survey to help understand what is working well, what isn’t and identify unmet needs to inform future service provision. The surveys will be live until the evening of Sunday February 21st.

This survey is being conducted by WSCC in partnership with Healthwatch.

If you have any queries about this survey or would like to request the information in a different format, please email helpdesk@healthwatchwestsussex.co.uk or telephone 0300 012 0122
